WHAT ARE YOUR HOURS?<\/strong>
\nWe are available Monday to Saturday by appointment only.<\/div>\n

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE?<\/strong><\/div>\n
Simply fill out a request form online. \u00a0One of our representatives will get in touch with you and finalize the booking.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO ORDER?<\/strong>
\nWe recommend reserving your items as early as possible to insure availability. \u00a0Should there be a last minute booking, we\u00a0will try to make every effort to provide items.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

CAN I PICK UP THE EQUIPMENT MYSELF?<\/strong>
\nYou sure can. \u00a0We are available Monday-Saturday at our warehouse facilities in Burlingame, CA. \u00a0Simply set an appointment and we’ll be there. \u00a0Please make sure to have a sufficient amount of space in your vehicle to transport the rental items.<\/div>\n

WILL YOU DELIVER MY RENTAL ITEMS?<\/strong>
\nYes, we offer delivery. \u00a0We offer curbside delivery and pickup service. \u00a0Unfortunately, we do not deliver\/pick up at event\/convention centers. \u00a0Our drivers are on deadlines and can not wait in long lines. \u00a0Before or after hour deliveries and pickups are\u00a0available with prior arrangement. \u00a0Delivery charges apply.<\/div>\n

WHAT HOURS DO YOU OFFER DELIVERIES?<\/strong>
\nNormal delivery hours are Monday through Saturday from 10am to 2pm. \u00a0After hour\u00a0deliveries and pick ups can be made at an additional charge. \u00a0Appointments are required.<\/div>\n

DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT FOR MY EQUIPMENT DELIVERY?<\/strong>
\nNo, you don\u2019t have to be present for deliveries, as long as you have made arrangements with our team. \u00a0We can deliver to someone you designate from your company.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

WITH DELIVERIES, WILL YOUR DRIVERS SET UP AND BREAK DOWN THE RENTAL ITEMS?<\/strong>
\nUnfortunately, our drivers not available to set up and break down.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

HOW LONG IS THE RENTAL PERIOD FOR MY ITEMS?<\/strong>
\nAll rental items are due back within 5 days.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

DO I NEED TO RETURN MY ITEMS CLEAN?<\/strong>
\nYes. \u00a0Please wipe down all rental items and return in the same condition as when you have picked up. \u00a0These rental items are re-rented and future customers will thank you for keeping the items clean.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?<\/strong><\/div>\n
Yes. You may make additions and modifications up to 10 days before your delivery\/pick up\u00a0date. \u00a0Please note some rental items may not be in stock should you add items at the last minute.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?<\/strong>
\nNo, we cater to all companies, large and small.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

HOW ARE RENTAL RATES DETERMINED?<\/strong>
\nRental prices are generally 48 hours or a weekend. We like to allow you time to get
\nthe equipment early and prepare for your event with ease.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

IS THERE A CANCELLATION FEE?<\/strong><\/div>\n
Yes, there is a $50 administrative cancellation fee. \u00a0All orders are locked in and non-refundable within 10 days of the scheduled pickup\/delivery date.<\/div>\n

<\/p>\n

WHAT ARE THE CHARGES IF WE BREAK OR DAMAGE SOMETHING?<\/strong>
\nReplacement fees vary according to the item and the replacement fees can be quoted\u00a0at the time of rental upon request.<\/div>\n
